David, Tim, and Angad founded Sidewise with the intention to help candidates get hired at the right companies. Focusing first on supporting technical recruiters through the Sidewise candidate analysis tool, they soon saw the potential to expand their impact. In the next 10 years, Sidewise will tackle the problems recruiters face managing their candidate pipelines, and also help candidates build and gain recognition for their side projects.
